Hi, I'm Nick.

I started Fenah Analytics because I spent years watching good businesses run badly — not because people weren't capable, but because their tools weren't. Spreadsheets that took forever to work through. Reports checked manually every morning. Calculations done by hand that should have taken seconds. Work that was slow, error-prone, and frankly wasting the time of the people doing it.

Before starting Fenah, I worked as a Project Manager at a national financial services firm, then as a Commercial Operations Analyst at one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure businesses. In both roles I built automation tools on the side — not because it was my job, but because the manual processes were slowing everything down and I wanted to fix them. The two projects in my portfolio came directly from that time.

What I found was that the problems were almost always the same: data scattered across systems that don't talk to each other, compliance processes that relied on someone remembering to check, and calculations that introduced errors every time a human touched them. The tools to fix these problems exist. Most businesses just don't have someone who knows how to build them — and don't need a full-time hire to do it.

That's where I come in. Fenah Analytics works with operations and finance teams — primarily across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast — to build the tools that replace those manual processes for good. Not a large consulting firm with overhead to justify. Just someone who's sat in your seat, understands the frustration, and knows how to fix it.

Why work with a one-person operation?

Because you get me — not a junior analyst handed your project after the sales pitch. Every discovery session, every build, every follow-up review is done by the same person who scoped the work and understood your problem from day one. There's no handoff, no miscommunication between teams, and no one learning your business on your time.

If you've ever had a consultant deliver something that didn't quite fit, or handed something over to an offshore team and got back something unusable — that's the problem I'm built to avoid.

Want to see if we're a fit?

The best starting point is a free discovery review — no obligation, no sales pitch. We look at what you're working with, talk through the problem, and you'll know by the end of the conversation whether there's something worth building. Get in touch here.
